Adobe Bulk Download sends pseudonymous usage analytics: funnel events such as install, scan, download and payment, tied to a random install ID, through the developer's own proxy to Google Analytics. No file names, file contents, or browsing history are ever sent. It does not use cookies. License verification for paid users transmits a random install ID, a Google account ID, and your email address.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store credit card details. A random install ID (UUID) is used to associate your license with your browser.
The Send Feedback form and uninstall survey are entirely voluntary. If you provide your email, it is used only to follow up on your feedback. Feedback data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
